Housing Lottery Launches For 1120 St. Johns Place In Crown Heights

An affordable housing lottery has opened for a new building located in Crown Heights, just blocks from 770 Eastern Parkway.

1120 St. Johns Place, a seven story building between Kingston Ave and Albany Ave, is placing 23 affordable housing units on NYC Housing Connect at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $61,715 to $167,570.

According to New York Yimby, amenities in the building include a gym, elevator, shared laundry room, common area Wi-Fi, children’s playroom, storage, and a rooftop terrace. Units also come equipped with high-speed internet, energy-efficient appliances, air conditioning, and name-brand appliances.
