Help Bring The Levi Yitzchok Library Back

The Levi Yitzchok Library

A not-so-hidden treasure, nestled beneath the surface of bustling Kingston Ave.

A place where the child’s imagination can soar.

A place where the enriching stories of our forefathers and ancestors are real and true.

The Levi Yitzchok Library has something for everyone, with titles ranging from children’s non-fictional and educational reads, to stories of our sages and historical accounts, covering the entire gamut of Jewish literature.

Once an intrinsic part of our children’s free time and a staple in the Crown Heights community, The Levi Yitzchok Library has suffered terrible flooding during Hurricane Ida, and has been unable to open its doors ever since.

The damages include over 5000 books lost, as well as foundational and structural damage incurred by the flooding.

OUR CHILDREN ARE BEGGING: BRING BACK OUR LIBRARY!

We are pleased to announce this monumental undertaking, to REOPEN the Levi Yitzchok Library, better and stronger than ever!

We turn to you at this time, to ask that you join us in giving wholesome Jewish entertainment to our children once again.

The Rebbe took great pride in approving the naming of the Levi Yitzchok Library after his esteemed father and even donated a shas to the library.

There is no better sight than that of a child engrossed in a good book. We know the feeling, and we are sure you do too!

We hope to see you and your family gracing us very soon!

Thank you for your continued support
