An Israeli court has ordered a Brooklyn man extradited to the U.S. in connection with an April 2008 assault on a black man.

An Israeli court has ordered a Brooklyn man extradited to the U.S. in connection with an April 2008 assault on a black man.

Yitzchak Shuchat is suspected of beating Andrew Charles in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn. The area is known for 1991 race riots between Orthodox Jews and blacks.

Thursday’s extradition order cites a U.S. request over the 2008 attack, alleging an unidentified man on a bicycle sprayed Charles with mace while Shuchat stepped out of an SUV, struck Charles with a wooden club and drove off. Charles’ father, Moses, is a high ranking Police officer in the NYPD.

Shuchat fled to Canada, then to Israel in May 2008. He was indicted in the U.S. on hate crime and other charges.

Police suspected the attack followed reports that black youths had pelted neighborhood homes with rocks.

Shuchat belonged to a Jewish street patrol group, the Shmira.

    Yitzchok Shuchat has made over 200 complaints/Mesiras on Aron Hershkop alone. Shuchat lodged these complaints all the way from Israel.

    Who in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, takes responsibility? Who gave Shuchat all the information? How did Shuchat know that a delivery of material was just dropped of at the Hershkop home?

    Shuchat had help from his shmira friends back in Brooklyn. Shmira members would communicate with Shuchat vie email and phone.

    Shmira is under the leadership of the Crown Heights Jewish Community Council Inc. (CHJCC) a.k.a. Vaad Hakol.

    It all boils down to this. Yaakov Prager testified against Yitzy Shuchat to avoid prosecution. Shuchat was sent on the run to divert attention from the rest of the shmira gang.

    Also, Chanina Sperlin and the CHJCC Cabal wanted another riot in Crown Heights. They wanted this so they can get more government grants. They would then take the grant money to fill their greedy private pockets, like they do with all the other grant money.

    A Confidential Informants will receive a C.I. identification number. If and when arrested for a crime committed all the C.I. has to do is give the arresting officer his C.I. number and his hand cuffs are removed, making him a free man.

    Prager has a History of Criminal Activity.

    Prager in known in the community as a career criminal a master forger, auto thief, safe thief and IRS scammer. Prager hasn’t worked an honest day’s work in his entire life

    Prager was arrested numerous times [in Canada] under various false aliases and was able to escape justice as a result.

    Shmira leader Yaakov Prager pleaded guilty to harassment in 2000. Sources said he was charged with threatening to burn down the home, and sexually molest the wife of a man who complained about Shmira’s tactics.

    In 2003 Yaakov Prager sued NYPD.

    Shmira and COP leader Yaakov Prager has always been known as a huge cop hater, as one can see from THIS recording. Prager never missed an opportunity to bash, discredit and cause trouble for NYPD.

    Yaakov Prager collaborated the attack on Andrew Charles with Yitzchok Shuchat.

    Does that make sense, how is it that a known criminal, police hater and rebel rouser is now working with the NYPD? How is the 71st precinct is working with in general the Shmira gang and more specialty Yaakov Prager, who are known criminals?

    The only answer is Confidential Informant. Prager is a protected witness of NYPD. Prager gave up Shuchat to save his own skin, there is no other answer as to why NYPD would take these criminals under their wings and protect them every step of the way.

    The good news is that the only people these C.I’s can inform on are their own, which would also be sad because in essence “their own” is our own (as it relates to being Jewish).

    i was there. i certainly saw and will testify i saw shuchat assault the youth without any provoking AND as he beat the young man out of his mouth came the nastiest hateful bigot words. he was not alone and that butcher dude near empire was wacking the young man as well. i am looking foward tio clearing the air and giving grace to those that are preyed upon by religeous zealots who use violence to strengthen their grip on the neighborhood. this is brooklyn not a third world country.

    I am not so sure you understand the ramifications of what you are advocating.
    #1 the case of a pedophile is quite different. In those cases you must report to the proper authorities – to protect innocent children from terrible harm.

    But in this or similar cases it is ASUR to maser!!! Do you understand what it means to be charge of hitting a COP’s child??? Do you know what it means for a yid to stand trial by a jury who are all goim predominantly black?
