In a Stunning Comeback, Kloppers Sweep the Championships
CROWN HEIGHTS [CHI] — League underdogs for most of the season, the Daily Steals Kloppers came all the way back and wept the championships last week, claiming their first ever title – with style!
Led by team manager Yitzy Cole, the Kloppers defeated the Advantage Wholesale Skullcaps, the defending champs, in a pre-playoff season and plowed right through The Tribe setting up the showdown between the Kloppers and the Yaffa Wigs Mad Hatters.
The Kloppers trounced the Hatters in game one winning 9 to 2, and game two saw some of the worst called games in the leagues history. Nevertheless the Kloppers battled and came out on top in a 3 to 2 victory to sweep the series.
