Crown Heights Riots as Never Seen Before
For most the Crown Heights Riots, or pogrom, is just a story or chapter in the history of our neighborhood, but for those who were in the neighborhood as a the riots raged on unhindered and uninhibited it was a week they would never forget.
CrownHeights.info obtained news footage spanning the week long unrest, telling its story like never before.
Beginning Sunday we will be publishing throughout the week five clips of news segments commemorating the twenty years to the riots.

I was living in Crown Heights during that period of time and didn’t leave my house. However I did record every newscast at the time and I saved them on VCR. I have since transfered all of them to DVD.
