Photos: KSCVK’s Motzai Shabbos Mens Event
Scores of men enjoyed a relaxing evening of food, drink and entertainment on Motzai Shabbos in support of Keren Simchas Chosson V’Kallah, a vital Crown Heights organization which helps Brides and Grooms with their weddings.
Participants enjoyed a previewing of the auction prizes, and got the chance to enter their tickets for the items. A hot fleishige buffet along with a wine tasting was provided, following by the mesmerizing mind games of Marc Salem, self proclaimed Chabadink and Mentalist, who wowed the crowd with his mental games.
The chairman of the evening was Rabbi Yackov Saacks, Shliach in Dix Hills, NY, who stepped in to fill the very big shoes of Reb Yossi ‘Papa Bear’ Tevel, who tragically passed away two weeks ago, and was to chair the evening. The crowd gave a standing ovation when mentioned in fond remembrance.
