A First in Crown Heights, a Mishmor, ULY in OT

CROWN HEIGHTS [CHI] — This past Thursday night about 50 boys of the Lubavitcher Yeshiva’s 7th and 8th grades packed the zal of Oholei Torah for the first night of an inter-Yeshiva Mishmor learning program. Each boy was carefully matched up with a zal bocher, with whom he learned a sicha of the Rebbe. Followed by a wild Jewperdy game to which one team managed to pull ahead despite the very close game.

First reports on feedback, tell the organizers, the boys really had a great time and are allready looking forward to Mishmor next week. Mishmor organizers are extremely impressed with the tremendous turnout, despite one 8th grade class having a Bar Mitzvah, and will only be starting next week.

Mishmor is directed and run by the bochurim of Oholei Torah Zal.

    amazing chida! you couldnt pull it off in toronto, but this is something! to all the toronto boys: shlomo katz, junik,munitz, dachevsky,langsam, & simon, we pulled mishmor off this year, uber dos iz nisht di zelber zach. anyways, hatzlocho rabow, & Moshiach Now!

    My son was looking forward to this all week, last week. He said he heard from friends that Zevi is one of those running it, I guess they think very highly of this Zevi, whom ever he is.

    Then, last night, when he came home, I saw a smile I haven’t seen in a very long time! He really had a great time.

    Now looking at the pictures; I too have a smile. What a wonderful program.

    Thank you to all the boys involved and a special thank you to the one who learned with my son, I’m sorry he couldn’t remember your name.

    Hi chida I love you man you just don’t stop goin at it. I love the way you point your finger especially for good things keep up the good spirit. I’ll tell you the truth in my short 47 years I’ve never seen someone who gets as enthusiastically involved as you man like that time we did hakofos on the merry go round!!!
