FDNY EMS were the first on scene and quickly rushed the patient to Kings County Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short while later. Police responded as well and cordoned off the area and began investigating the incident and to see if there was any foul play.

Initially it appeared that the victim may have been pushed out the window but was later determined that no foul play involved.

This is the same corner the Safer Torah was stolen do you think it was him and he was scared of getting caught?

There was glass on the sidewalk. You’re telling me that this dude accidently dove through the window and onto the sidewalk four stories below? No fowl play?

And guys, you can’t go to the company that makes the child safety bars and tell them that you’re going to sue them because your family member dove through the glass. We tested your safety bars and concluded that they don’t work.

Someone asked if they can’t protect an adult then how can they protect children. Was that a serious question?

There must have been foul play. If the victim wanted to commit suicide he would have opened the window and jumped from the platform. Someone must have pushed him through the window and he fell to his death. Something fishy is definitely going on.

til this day I think my friend Abim was murdered, I find it hard to believe that he would have jumped out of any window. Thanks for being the only site or news outlet that reported his death.
