Tzivos Hashems 28th Annual Dinner

CROWN HEIGHTS, Brooklyn [CHI] — Nearly 30 years of innovative Jewish education was celebrated last night in the Jewish Childrens Museum in Crown Heights, where members and supporters all gathered for an evening to benefit this great organization.

At the end of the dinner’s formal program, Tzivos Hashem presented awards to Yossi Popack who was the Guest of Honor for his support of Tzivos Hashem, to Yossi Davidson who was the Dinner Chairman, the recipient with the Tzivos Hashem Memorial Award was Rabbi Izzy Rosenfeld OBM and the Power of Children Award was given to Leah Larson for her accomplishments with her “Yaldah” magazine.

Following the awards the crowd enjoyed the amazing and hilarious entertainment of 7-year-old Ethan Bortnick.

    What is the “chayolei tzivos Hashem”? They gave out forms for it in yeshivas. Do kids have to pay for Tzivos Hashem now?
