The School presidents, Shaina Frimerman and Esta Rimler from Bnos Menachem; broke out the Walk-a-thon with a fun game involving the whole school. They decorated the school hallway with footprints, traffic lights, and road signals. The Bais Rivka Presidents Hindy Yarmak, Chaish New, and Rishe Gopin prepared an exciting video gearing up the whole school for the walk and fundraising competition.

“The girls are so excited for this breakout; they can’t wait to get started!” said President Chaish New.

The lobby of Bais Rivka was decorated with sneakers, and FC logos and the entire 12th grade danced down the Shul aisles decked in FC tee shirts, bags, and umbrellas.

Each grade has a team of creative, energetic leaders who are leading their respective grades in the competition. The teams have a fundraising goal, and the team that raises the most money will be treated to an unbelievable evening of fun and entertainment at the JCM. There are incredible prizes for the top three high school fundraisers including an
iPhone (3rd place), Mac laptop (2nd place), and a trip to Israel for the first place winner.

High school volunteers are a core source of energy and success for the Friendship Circle.
Volunteer and president Shaina Frimmerman says, “I love visiting Chanie, and supporting Friendship Circle is so much fun.”

The Walk-a-thon is uniting all the Friendship Circle volunteers to work towards a common goal. Over 250 girls are currently signed up for the Walk-a-thon, and more girls continue to join each day.
