The NYPD’s Hate Crimes Task Force made an arrest in the stabbing of a Jewish man on Kingston Ave last week.
As previously reported on CrownHeights.info, the assailant got into an altercation with a Jewish man, telling him “F these Jews” and stating that it would be okay if the Holocaust happened again today.
The two clashed on Kingston Ave, with the assailant pulling a knife and stabbing the Jewish man in the chest last Tuesday afternoon. He was taken to Kings County Hospital in non-life-threatening condition.
The NYPD quickly followed up on reports, including the Hate Crimes Task Force in the investigation.
The assailant was arrested Monday.
Crown Heights Shomrim reported on the arrest on social media, saying “Suspect wanted in connection with a stabbing at Kingston Avenue and Lincoln Place is under arrest at this time. Thanking the Shomrim operations team for their assistance to the Hate Crimes Task Force in this investigation.”
