A heavily tattooed man with an extensive history of violence and mental instability was seen on the streets of Crown Heights, and Crown Heights Shomrim is warning residents

“Shomrim responded to a report of a male acting erratically on the street. Shomrim volunteers arrived within a minute and successfully located the individual,” Shomrim wrote on social media. “Our units monitored him closely until he left the Crown Heights area without incident.”

Shomrim warned the community that the individual has a known history of violence, with multiple articles and history of his crimes found online. If you see him in Crown Heights, do not approach – call Shomrim immediately at 718-774-3333.
