Crown Heights Shomrim Searching For Victim In Kingston Ave Attack

A harrowing moment witnessed by many took place on Kingston Ave Monday as a man suddenly attacked a Lubavitch Bochur walking on Kingston Ave and elbowed him in the body.
Multiple calls came to the Crown Heights Shomrim Hotline after 3:00pm Monday reporting that a bochur had been assaulted outside the Sweet Expressions store on Kingston Ave.
The volunteers quickly responded and were able to catch up to the perpetrator thanks to a proactive Crown Heights resident. The victim of the assault though, had already left the location of the incident.
Without the victim there to speak with police, the perpetrator could not be arrested, but Shomrim was able to gain identifying information should the victim come forward.
