NYPD Releases Wanted Poster For Carjackers In Crown Heights Robbery
The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals involved in a carjacking robbery that occurred within the confines of the 71 Precinct.
It was reported to police that on Sunday, July 21, 2024, at approximately 0005 hours, a 19-year-old male victim and a 22-year-old male victim were sitting inside of the 19-year-old male’s car at the Northwest corner of Carroll Street and Kingston Avenue when two unknown male individuals approached them and forcibly removed them from the vehicle. The two wanted individuals then fled in the 19-year-old male’s car. There were no injuries reported and the vehicle was later recovered.
The first wanted individual is described as a male with a slim build wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and white sweatpants.
The second wanted individual is described as a male with a slim build, dark hooded sweatshirt, dark sweatpants and black sneakers.
