Man Fatally Shot On Franklin Ave in Crown Heights
A man was fatally shot in Crown Heights overnight, according to the NYPD.
Lavel Fraiser, 40, of Brooklyn, was shot in the torso just after 1 a.m. on Sterling Place near Franklin Avenue, according to the NYPD. He was rushed to an area hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
