Chabad of University of Florida Vandalized With Anti-Israel Graffiti Friday Morning

Rabbi Berl Goldman of ChabadUF arrived at the Chabad House Friday morning to discover that signs around the building had been vandalized with anti-Israel graffiti.

“Burn in Hell” and “Child Murder” had been painted on multiple ChabadUF signs, which at a University with a very sizable Jewish population, was not received well.

“We will not be cowed by hate,” Rabbi Goldman wrote in a press release, “but will in fact double our efforts to strengthen Judaism, advocate for Israel and continue to bring light and joy to the UF, SFC, and Gainesville communities.”

Surveillance camera footage showed an indistinct image of the vandal, whom the local police department is now looking for after the incident was reported.
