Parking Dispute Ends In Assault, Jewish Man Punched In The Face and Body

A Jewish man saving a parking spot for his wife was involved in a dispute late Motzei Shabbos after another person took take the spot. The altercation got out of hand and the Jewish man was assaulted.
The incident took place around 1:00am on Carroll Street in Crown Heights and ultimately involved the police.
According to witnesses, the Jewish victim who had been holding a parking space for his wife, was helping her back into the spot when another driver quickly pulled in. After an initial altercation, the Jewish victim was allegedly punched in the face and body.
According to local residents, the car has been seen on the block before and the owner is believed to live in the area.
