Shomrim Is On The Hunt For Car Break-In Thief in Crown Heights

Crown Heights Shomrim is looking for a man wanted in the breaking in to multiple vehicles in Crown Heights and stealing items left inside.

Shomrim first interacted with the mask wearing man on Tisha B’Av when he broke into a car and stole a purse. Thankfully the purse was recovered nearby, but the thief got away with some credit cards and cash.

Narrowing in on the thief, Shomrim again caught up with him Friday on Eastern Parkway, nearly catching him inside a vehicle when a nearby Jewish neighbor intervened with the thief, sparking an assault and the letting the thief get away.
