NYPD Releases Face Of Thief Who Broke Into Crown Heights Shul

Update: According to a report by Hamodia, the thief stole a leather bag with a residents Tefillin as well as an unknown amount from a Pushka.
A wanted man has had his face plastered across the Internet this week after the NYPD released a screenshot of him breaking into a Shul in Crown Heights.
The burglar had made his way into a Shul located at 613 East New York in Crown Heights around 3:30am on December 18th, and was caught on the Shul’s surveillance footage.
On Tuesday of this week, the NYPD’s 71st Precinct released an image of his face, writing “Wanted for Burglary: The 71st Precinct Detective Squad is seeking information regarding the male below who is wanted for a Synagogue burglary that occurred on December 18, 2022 in the confines of the 71st Precinct.
