Woman Shot In Brower Park Shooting

A shooting marred the calm of Crown Heights Monday evening when a flurry of shots rang out in the park located at Kingston Ave and Park Pl.

Officers rushed to the scene just after 7:00pm and found one woman shot, having been grazed in the arm during the shooting.

Further investigation found that the shooter had fled the scene in a white Hyundai Elantra.

The NYPD began combing the local hospitals in search of potentially more victims, and have not yet announced the reason for the incident.
