Window Smashing Thief Is Back At It In Crown Heights

An incredibly aggravating thief is back at it in Crown Heights, targeting the back window of vehicles parked on the street overnight.

Multiple Crown Heights residents woke up to the very unwelcome surprise when they found that the thief had used a heavy object to shatter the back windows of their vehicle on President Street between Schenectady and Troy.

These crimes have become an aggravating nuisance to the Crown Heights community as New York City grapples with a rapidly increasing rate of crime. With all sorts of serious crime on the rise, small time vandalism and theft have apparently taken a back seat, leaving the community feeling like their is no answer to the problem.
