Another Hate Filled Crown Heights Assault Ends in Arrest

A fantastic response by Crown Heights Shomrim volunteers pays off, and anther hate spewing assailant is under arrest for assaulting a Jewish man in Crown Heights.

The Jewish man with his wife and children had been walking on Crown Street towards Albany Ave when a man approached the husband and without provocation elbowed him.

The hate filled man then began an anti-Semitic tirade, in front of the victim and his family.

Scared but not frozen, the Jewish man called Shomrim, keeping an eye on his assailant for the few moments until the Shomrim volunteers arrived.

Soon after, the police arrived, and took the attacker into custody for assault.

It remains to be seen if the incident will be investigated as a hate crime.
