by CrownHeights.info

Another day, another “possible” Hate Crime.

A Jewish woman was standing on New York Ave Wednesday afternoon when she was approached by a “possibly” transgender female and asked “are you Jewish?” After the Jewish woman answered in the affirmative, the “possibly” transgender woman slapped the Jewish woman’s hands.

This “possible” hate crime took place in the confines of the 71st precinct, and the Jewish victim followed her assailant to S. John’s Ave, where the 77th NYPD Precinct responded.

The Jewish woman sustained only minor injuries in the assault.

According to a notice from the NYPD’s 71st precinct, the incident is under investigation as a “possible” hate crime.

Yet this woman was not the only target for this “possibly” transgender woman today.

Earlier on in the day, a Jewish woman standing on Carol St and New York Ave was also approached by this “woman”, and shoved in another unprovoked attack.

This incident was caught on camera and acquired by Crown Heights Shomrim.
