Window Busting Car Thief in Crown Heights Strikes Again

The window breaking car thief has struck again in Crown Heights, breaking the windows of at least two vehicles overnight Thursday.

One car was reported on Carroll Street and Troy Ave, with the white Subaru having had it’s rear window busted and vehicle riffled through.

The second vehicle was a white pickup truck that had a side window broken on Montgomery Street Troy to Schenectady.

The trend of these break-ins have created a simmering anger in the community, as the thief continues a month long car break-in streak and continues to evade attempts to catch him.
