5th Crown Heights Building Becomes Victim Of Door Breaking Package Thief
by CrownHeights.info
A fifth Crown Heights building became the victim of a package thief who likes to break the front glass doors of buildings to gain entry.
The break in was discovered Wednesday morning at the building on the corner of Albany Ave and Maple Street, where the thief threw a brick through the buildings glass front door.
As in the past, the thief made off with packages that had been left unattended in the lobby of the building.
Sources in Crown Heights’s 71st NYPD Precinct tell CrownHeights.info that the perpetrator of these break ins are known to the police, and an arrest can be expected shortly.
This break in follows four others using the same tactic to gain entry, some catching the events on camera.
