Crown Heights, Brooklyn — Today, Wednesday at around 6:30 PM, a visibly agitated Black male around 6’ 2” walking around without a shirt in the vicinity of East New York and Kingston muttering and mumbling to himself, suddenly smashed the window of a parked vehicle right in front of a number of Shomrim members.

Violent Emotionally Disturbed Person Vandalizes Car – Gets Apprehended

Crown Heights, Brooklyn — Today, Wednesday at around 6:30 PM, a visibly agitated Black male around 6’ 2” walking around without a shirt in the vicinity of East New York and Kingston muttering and mumbling to himself, suddenly smashed the window of a parked vehicle right in front of a number of Shomrim members.

After witnessing the incident the perp began making his way away from the vehicle towards Albany, Shomrim members did not approach the perp since he was visible agitated and completely unpredictable, the members called for Police and additional units to assist in following the perp.

After following the perp all the way to Empire and Schenectady he entered a supermarket where he began going crazy inside, moments later a number of police officers arrived on scene and approached the perp who instantly became even more hostile and began shouting and yelling when he all of a sudden collapsed.

EMS was called and when they arrived the perp began getting up once again, only to find himself in cuffs and being led to the ambulance. B”H there was no injuries to any Police Officers or Shomrim Members.

The perp was taken to Kings County Hospital for a checkup and evaluation while under arrest.

    His name is Sgt. Troise, and he is a great friend to our community and has done lots for us, he heads up the CPU unit in the 71st Precinct.

    Bobby has been around in Crown Heights for a very long time & he has done tremendous work in helping Crown Heights & in helping the Rebbe I think he even went by the Rebbe & the Rebbe gave him a dollar.

    He’s smiling because he’s as high as a kite that has been sailing up in the air for many a schvartz yohr.

    I don’t go back far enough to know much about “Bobby,” but he looks like a cop of the old school, when cops were cops and shvuggies (from shvu”g – schvartzer un gonif) were scared.

    I once saw Bobby T. standing in 770 with another officer and watching a video of the Rebbe (playing on the big screen) and I overheard him telling a fellow officer that he got a dollar from the Rebbe and that he always keeps it in the pouch in his Kevlar (bulletproof) vest for “good luck”, and he actually showed it to the officer.

    If I’m not mistaken Sgt. Troice has something to do with community relations and that’s why he is at every even in Crown Heights. He does good stuff. though his staff are a bunch of cronies.
