Early this morning police received a 911 call about a man who was shot inside a grocery store on Montgomery Street and Utica Avenue, when officers arrived they discovered a 28-year-old man who was shot in the head.
EMS declared the victim dead at the scene.
The identity of the deceased is pending family notification. Police have also said that there are no arrests at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
