
Cops Shoot Machete Wielding Man in Crown Heights
A man is in the hospital after being shot by police in Crown Heights last night.
Around 8:00pm toward the end of Shabbos, cops responded to a dispute with a man wielding two machetes near Schenectady Ave.
The man started to lunge at the officers, and the cops shot at him twice.
The suspect was taken to Kings County Hospital, where he is being treated with minor injuries.
One of the officers was hospitalized with tinnitus.
