Wednesday morning one of the bus drivers for Lubavitcher Yeshiva was inspecting his bus before setting out to pick up and bring the children to school, when he noticed two swastikas on one of the windows.
They were done with a finger in the dust and dirt that’s on the window cleaning off that area and leaving the swastika marks on it. Police were not called and no report has been filed, the markings were wiped clean.

The Swastika was an ancient symbol for “Peace, and Good Luck.” The Nazis rotated the symbol a half turn and made it stand for death and hatred. The symbols on the bus are upright. So like Billum, despite their intentions, whoever drew those Swatikas blessed the neighborhood with “peace, and good luck.”

I say that the police should know about this, because they need to see the statistice on hate activities. They go by statistics. The more hate crimes registered, the more possible help they will give to the community.
We’ll take the Bilam blessing too, but we need to take action.

What a stupid shvartxa. What they don’t know is that the Nazis hated people of colors as well. Unless they have a common enemy – which for whatever reason can unite extreme opposites. Look at the Arabs – they hate each other but when it comes to fighting Israel its like they were buddies from first grade. In the end anti-Semitism is something just as a part of nature as trees are. It’s just the way it is.

Sadly, there is no way to prosecute anyone for an offense that is considered so petty.
Years ago, 2 darker citizens greeted me with cries of Heil ymach shmo when I walked into CH from Manhattan. I was much too tired to present them with either a lesson about Jesse Owens or a swift kick in tuches.
