Over Ten Cars Broken Into and Robbed Friday Night
CROWN HEIGHTS [CHI] — And the airbag thief strikes again, and even harder than ever. More than ten cars – that we know of – were broken into sometime between 3:00am and 7:00am on Shabbos morning and all had their airbags stolen.
On one block, Montgomery near Brooklyn Avenue, three successively parked Honda Odyssey minivans were all broken into and burglarized. Another Ford Escape was broken into and robbed on the same block.
There were additional reports of break-ins on Carroll Street and on President Street.
