CROWN HEIGHTS [CHI] — Three Jewish women fell victim to a sicko who accosted them in two separate incidents, even chasing after one of them, while exposing himself and shouting obscenities. Shomrim chased the pervert, who managed to get away, while they waited for police officers to respond.
The incidents took place at around 3:30pm; the first one reportedly occurred on Union Street and Brooklyn Avenue, where the woman who was walking along encountered the sicko. After shouting he fled down Union Street where he encountered two more women and the scene repeated itself.
Shomrim followed the suspect to Eastern Parkway and Nostrand Avenue where he gave them the slip and vanished.
The pervert was described as a Black male in his 30s, around 5’9″, average build, with big dreadlocks, he was wearing a red hockey jersey with the number 9 on the back.
“If you become the victim of this individual don’t be ashamed or hesitate, notify Shomrim and the authorities immediately” said a Shomrim coordinator, adding that in the past such incidents were able to continue due to the silence of victims.
A police report has been filed and detectives will reportedly investigate the incident.

OMG!!!!! At 2:25 I walked past this guy on Brooklyn & Crown & he was muttering something as he walked past me about “Jewish women, divine” I found it creepy but seeing how he didn’t touch me I ignored it. I did remember the red jacket & dreadlocks.

I am Letting everyone know that you NEED to watch out for yourself and your children….. I was the one this happen to…. If something like this happens take a picture of him.. If only i was able to take a picture of him things would have ended better… We need to get all the sickos off the the street…. Make sure you watch your back and look around you while walking.. For the cops who Helped me and shomrim members who helped me THANK YOU!
