  Recitivism. One sector of the Criminal Justice System (no blame on cops) pulls this way and the other pulls the other. A sick system premised on false ideas by mis-directed leaders.
  Very clever and assuring but upholding The 7 Noahide Laws is much more so.
  I told one female cop about the 7 Noahide Laws, she responded: "I might lose my job."
  I understand her fear and feel for her. There are many ways for her to get an even better job, if the society used it’s brains.

  hello! this is built for CROWD CONTROL snd PARKING LOTS. why is it being used for patrol??? (if they need a higher line of sight, just go on a ROOF!)

  it’s just part of the ‘sound and lights show’ to placate us. (like 5 cars with flashing lights in front of 770, instead of guys on the beat on the streets where it’s needed)

  Eliezer’s right. Look in the big van Crown/Albany. Empty every time I’ve looked, or with Snapple bottles, chip bags & trash on the table. There’s a huge, red digital clock. Big whoop.

  As for this crane thing…looks like a cherry picker. Ain’t no cherry trees here in Crown Heights. We do have pigeons, though.

  This new step is the first in a new wave of martial law
  as we all know we the african and latino people live in an all out police state. This tower is the same tower that we see in the yards of prisons where we are too often gunned down ( EG.., The late great General GEORGE JACKSON ) We must not sit on the side and allow this to go down we can no longer be a people
  who allow the master to openly abuse us we must organize and resist .If this unit is for the purpose of crime fighting then why is it not posted in front of the white house where the largest criminal resides.

  i am one of the angry shvartzes mentioned in an earlier comment – and i would like to say that racism is alive and well in Crown Heights. i’ve lived here for the last 15 years and injustice is always at the root of these tensions in the community. These police harass poor black folks and try to incriminate our youth in any possible way to fill their ticket/arrest quotas. if you lived like this you would’nt think of your self as an angry jew – just a human being. Stop being a racist – it’s just disgusting and it really reinforces already existing stereotypes of your people (which i dont believe)

• Hasids gone wild.

  Dear Djibril,

  Let me tell you why the watch tower came about. You see, it all started on Holloween (The holiest day of the year for us shvartzes), a young African-American man was walking down the street dressed as little red riding hood, going trick or treating. While walking down a dark block, this African youth suddenly found himself surrounded by a group 3 to 8 Jewish Hasidic boys, ranging in age from 15 to 18. Out of no where, one of the hasidic boys sucker punched him instantly knocking him unconscious. The others then joined in pummeling him until he lay there, bloodied up and his eyes swollen shut. African witnesses say they heard the Hasidic boys Yell the You F*$knig "N" word (and I don’t mean nickel). Luckily, the brothas where able to chase the assailants away and even managed to catch a few who they held for police. The police decided that despite the "N" word being uttered during the beating, the crime was motivated by robbery rather then racism. The community was angry at this injustice and gathered together, rallying for a change in the prosecution of the case along with more police protection.

  You see, this is why we need this watch tower. Without it, those Hasids would be out of control!

• Burn the neighborhood down & start again

  We need to institute curfews. Get everyone off the street at sunset. Since some grown adults in the community cannot take care of themselves using common sense (as in not walking alone at night when you know you are an easy target) and others think that once it becomes dark that means it is time to prey on anyone they can.

  Keep everyone off the street at night, and the problem is solved.

  Give the cop in the booth a shitgun filled with beanbag rounds to fire upo anyone who is out there after dark

  How about we let people carry concealed handguns instead of forcing them to submit to a curfew? People should not be forced to walk with someone else afterdark.

  Why punish the victim instead of the criminal?

  Ask yourselves why Howard Stern, Robert DeNiro, Bill Imus, and other wealthy influential people are alowed to carry a concealed weapon while regular people are not?
