WILLIAMSBURG [CHI] — Volunteers from the Williamsburg division of Shomrim apprehended a thief who stole a number of cellphones and allegedly exposed himself to children.

WILLIAMSBURG [CHI] — Volunteers from the Williamsburg division of Shomrim apprehended a thief who stole a number of cellphones and allegedly exposed himself to children.

The incident happened yesterday at around 2:00pm, the suspect was apprehended after a victim called Shomrim and reported the theft along with a description of the suspect, who was spotted a short while later and apprehended.

Police arrived at the scene shortly after and arrested him.

    stop by standing, it is not nice to by stand and watch and stare like it’s entertainment, granted he should not be stealing and doing whatever, watching and standing their in this case, and any other case is un acceptable, unless you are any help (as you can see in this video most of the people were just watching) do not by stand, it is very very rude.

    Stand by Watch make a mockery out of the guy, make him feel extremely uncomfortable, scared, etc. and let everybody see his face.
    this way you gain 2 things:
    1) he will think twice before he does anything stupid in the Williamsburg community again.
    2) Everybody will see his face and know to watch their belongings closely.
    to #2 in CH B”H we have a great group of guys who patrol our streets and do the same thing these guys do.
    The fact that its publicized like this does not make it any less special, we owe a HUGE debt of gratitude to these guys for putting their safety on the line for us.

    To # 4 the fact is that in Borough Park and Willy’ the Jews are much more TOUGH and BRAVE (not just the Jewish patrol! # 4 is right we have to learn from them!!! STAND UP WITH CONFIDENCE!!!

    that guy was such a well behaved criminal, the police (and shomrom) would have a breeze arresting people if thwey were all that way.

    i mean i totaly think he did somehting wrong but hes a human – a crazy human – but a human who has feelings too
