Police arrest Brooklyn man in serial gropings of women in Crown Heights
Police arrested a 21-year-old Brooklyn man last night after three Crown Heights women identified him as the serial slapper terrorizing the tight-knit neighborhood, cops said.
Frankie Hatton of Saratoga Ave., who sources said has confessed to five incidents and has a history of mental illness, was charged with forcible touching and […] abuse.
A dozen women in the area have been slapped on the buttocks since June 19, police said. The slapper last attacked Tuesday.
A 25-year-old woman who was slapped on Saturday said it was “nerve-racking” to identify the suspect yesterday in a lineup at the Grand Ave. stationhouse.
She is happy that he is now arrested.
“I feel I can walk out of my house without having eyes on the back of my head,” she said, adding that she is upset that people joke about the series of slappings.
“I don’t think it was funny. I felt violated,” the victim said.
Most of the women called the Shomrim civilian patrol before alerting cops.
“Thank God we got him,” said group spokesman Binyomin Lifshitz. “We are glad he is off the streets.”
Let-s hope
Let’s hope that “buttocks slapping” will be the worst crime that befalls our CH community.
Actually there are many “turn them loose” judges and parole boards that need their buttocks slapped when they let the deviants with their long arrest records back on our streets.
danny
Thanks for the story. Binyomin since when are you a spokesman? i think you do a geat job!! keep it up
Better Idea
To Let’s hope:
No, the judges need their buttocks slapped BEFORE they let the deviants back on the streets – because then the judges will think longer and give him the max.

Dear ‘Let’s hope,’
You’re Right!
The parole boards are probably composed of
men.
This is a ‘WASP’ society. They’re good at
many things but not THE MOST IMPORTANT.
Peace and security.
They’re dismal failures!

publicity
This has been going on for a while, yet the media just aired it a day ago and now an arrest has been made. You see how fast the police can respond, they only do so when they’re being watched.
Thanks
Thanks to the NYPD and Shomrim!!!
to publicity
whoa, i never realized that! ur right1
SCHMUKANETTY STAY HOME
WOW THATS SO NICE
A FEW DAYS SHMUKANETTY IS AWAY AND POLICE ARE
REALY DOING A GOOD JOB
Media
It seems that bringing the media for the other crazy things the police do here –
is the only way to stop them!
Tommy
The 3 cops that arrested the perp tuesday night did so because of a great description by the last victim and the fact the 3 cops were paying attention all night…not because of the media attention. The cops on the beat don’t care about the media…only the high seated officials care about the media. (My 2 cents)
