
Nelson Apprehended by Police!
CROWN HEIGHTS, Brooklyn [CHI] — Crown Heights car owners worst nightmare, was apprehended earlier this evening. Terrance (Derrick) Nelson was spotted by a resident in his back yard on Empire Boulevard, between Kingston and Albany Ave], breaking into a car, he immediately called 911 and notified police of the incident.
Uniformed Officers and Anti Crime responded and began searching for Nelson, who they found in the back yard a few houses down, hiding underneath a car. Nelson was then taken into custody.
Shomrim had detected a new pattern, where Nelson no longer targeted vehicles parked on the street as much, instead opting for alleyways and driveways where he would spend more time inside cars, and had less to fear of being spotted.
His attempt to hide underneath a car, to evade capture, he has been more creative in the past, where in one incident in September of 2005, he fled from a group Shomrim members who witnessed him break into a car on Albany Avenue into the Lefferts Park and climbed up 30 feet into a tree in fear of capture. This Nelson creep must be locked up for a decent time. It’s a privilege and freedom to walk the streets for those who have merited so….. he must learn his lesson behind solid bars. The Jewish community and the good black elderly community of Cr Hts would love to see him behind bars.

Letting Nelson go after 90 days helps to pursue HIS HAPPINESS not THE VICTM’S.
Let’s try to organize something and petition the government to strengthen the law.

ben’s right. ny seriously needs a 3 strikes rule. i guess the problem would be that about half of ny’s population would fall into that category and prisons would get more overcrowded than they already are. we need a more creative solution. what if we force 3-strike offenders to get jobs? that might work…

Nelson was spotted by Hatomim Yudel Rabin!
He went to use his uncle’s car and clicked the remote and saw someone inside!?
Nelson said,“don’t call the cops” and sure enough he was BUSTED!
