PSA: CHJCC Updates On New Trash Rules, Trash Left Out Before Shabbos Will Not Be Ticketed

A prevailing worry from the Jewish community about the new trash rules has ben laid to rest as the CHJCC announced that they have confirmed with the DSNY that trash taken out before shabbos will not be ticketed.
The PSA was released by the Vaad Hakohol/CHJCC ahead of Shabbos.
