Fundraising Campaign Launched to Support the Kehaty Family
Last night the world suddenly and unexpectedly lost an incredible man with a special soul. A kind and giving father, husband, and son who was full of love and laughter. Nadiv Kehaty OBM leaves behind his wife and four children and the community of Itchkes Shteibel launched a fund to help with the family’s immediate expenses.
In just three short hours a GoFundMe campaign has raised $32,000 of a goal of $50,000 with 100% of the funds going towards the families immediate expenses.
The fund is being run by the board of Itchkes Shteibel, the community which the Kehaty family is a part of, and is part of a larger plan to establish a long term fund to support his wife and four children.
Update 9:45pm: Thanks to the generous outpouring of support, the fundraising campaign has now crossed $90,000 and organizers have adjusted the fundraising goal from $50,000 to $150,000.

Tears streaming....
What a family we are part of. I just donated. If you are married, and do not have life insurance, PLEASE go buy. The younger you are, the cheaper it is.
Channel the Emotion
We can almost feel helpless when such a tragedy strikes and many of us will feel the urge to do something about it. Donating to help out this family is the least we can do, so channel your emotions and give what you can, G-d bless.

Life insurance should be bought for every child. The premiums are minimal & when age 22 or so, it can be converted to an adults policy. The premiums are usually less at that time than buying an adult policy from scratch.
No one likes talking about death, but if no financial planning is in place, the costs incurred from a death can be devastating, leaving survivors in poverty.

life insurance a must
this is a very sad situation and I am crying with everyone.
I am also hoping that this opens your eyes to the necessity of life insurance.
just as we trust in hashem for all things we must also believe that we arent invincible to the inevitable and buy life insurance. its beautiful to see everyone come together as a whole but if everyone got insurance this wouldn’t have to be something to think about on top of everything else.
please please don’t hesitate and talk to an agent and get coverage.
So upset
Please this NOT the time to ask about life insurance the family is grieving if you can give just do so
