Judge Bars Aggressive Vandal from Entering 770
Earlier this week Judge Ira Harkavy, justice in the State Supreme Court placed Yaakov Tahler in contempt of court and gave Merkos and Aguch a temporary restraining order denying him of stepping within 25 feet of 770 (including 784 and 788). This comes after the courts found Thaler and his cohorts guilty of deface and damaging 770 last year. The judge said that this was done “in order to protect its dignity” referring to Thaler violating the terms set forth in June of this year.
This judgment reaffirms what the Rebbe noted to the Hanhola of the Central Yeshiva in 5751: “Take their belongings and their hands and go to Bnei Brak or someplace else”. A hearing to determine the final verdict is set for later this month.

First of all it is important for webby to post these articles because the public needs to know just what is going on, if enough crown heights residents hear the truth about what is happening then they will be forced to react ,instead of burying there heads in the sand and believing the twisted version of events they hear elsewhere.
Secondly these particular group of individuals have been actively involved in every single violent event that took place in 770 in the past several years. All other attempts to remedy the problem have not been effective. The only way to stop them is by using the secular authorities whom they fear. They do not care about public humiliation, they revel in it.
Apparently the yeshiva authorities have not expelled anyone involved in the recent events in 770, perhaps they are waiting for the next round? Or for some one to get killed?
We have to stand up to them. All I hope is that there are no repercussions and reprisals against those involved in stopping this group of thugs. There is a rumor that members of the shomrim have been arrested.

Why is he not around when a member in the community gets in trobble, why is he not around when we are getting muged (dayle). Why is he always trying to lock up people (familys) from our community??!
He is one of the problems; (I’ll even go as far and say he is the biggest problem) we must get rid of him (together with is terrorist goons).
Why he keeps getting elected, I don’t know.
Why Aguch/Merkoz let him Daven in the Rebbes room, (especially when he is the cause to many of there problem, especially when it come to the issue on hand). I don’t know. (if they want to show an example, they should start with throwing him out).

In many other cases he has Mashered on people in our community.
He has been making trouble since 27 Adar (bugging of the Rebbes room etc…), he’s been trucking since then, and he must be stopped.
I hope that Aguch/Merkoz is smart enough to throw him to his friends, the Terrorist.

Everyone keeps saying that this is the first step to changing Lubavitch, or we shouldn’t post these things and work on achdus. Everyone makes as if this is our biggest problem. Let me tell you: the things I’ve seen and heard about make fighting look like child’s play! What happened to the religiousity of C.H.?!?! What I saw there paled in comparison to the things the “frum” people of C.H. do! But this is not quite correct. According to the Torah, if good people do nothing in the face of evil, then they are no longer “good,” in fact, they themselves are called “wicked.” The very first page of Tanya quotes the Gemora that one “who has the opportunity to forewarn another against sinning and does not do so is called wicked” (Ch. 6, Shevuot).
Anyone who does not protest against the sins of the Meshichistim is guilty too. Take down all of those sick signs already from all Lubavitch institutions, especially 770, and do whatever it takes to keep those crazy people out. This must be done NOW! It should have been done yesterday; i.e., twelve and a half years ago, but better late than never!

This article and these actions would not have been necessary if the crown heights community had put its collective foot down years ago and stopped some of the crazier going’s on in 770.
It seems that there is more outrage and condemnation of this article then of the events which occurred two weeks ago in 770.
I may have agreed with some of you that this should not be aired in public, but these crazies have been dictating the life of 770 for too long.
