At the footer of the “Kol Koreh” a fax number was listed with the request that readers write their own ‘Macha’ah’ [condemnation] of the ‘new vaads’ action and sign it, then fax it in. The number is (718) 221-0103.

The “Vaad HaKahal” of then-CH when the Rebee was there made a churban of the neighborhood the vaad, the community council and peoples’ lives. I was there. I’m only relating that to which I was witness. They don’t listen to rabbonim today? They didn’t listen to the Rebbe then. But of course, they brought out an array of maamarei chazal, chassidus, etc.. to claim they were following the Rebbe’s words.
People can only remain in power if they are empowered. And, I must add, in my opinion as a female, women wouldn’t get embroiled in maaseh satan and mesirah and would speak up to the appropriate people instead of just yelling “about.” Action.

I’m not a Rov to paskn if this is mesira or not. I just want to be fair and look at the picture objectively.
The claim here is very simple, sending the subpoenas may lead ch”vsh, to a mosdos investigation etc.
If we are worry that court may order the DA or so, to look into the mosdos, this can exactly happen from the claim the old vaad put, after loosing the TRO’s, against the new vaad for fraudulent elections to cancel the elections and regain the JCC and Vaad power for indefinite time.
A judge may look at the situation as a Non for profit – religious organization funded by government programs, where bylaws are not followed, board of directors and Rabbis, for no valid reason, do not allow free elections and go to court to remove new elected board of directors, elected after appellate division overturned twice an intent to stop the elections. A power and money struggle with powerless Rabbis directly involved for their own good.
