Join “Prays Worthy” ChabadU Online Summit on Prayer
ChabadU is launching Prays Worthy, a groundbreaking five-part online summit designed to transform the way participants understand and experience prayer. The series—which will run from Nov. 23-27 / Kislev 3-7—brings together five world-renowned presenters who blend Chassidic wisdom with practical insight, each presentation followed by an interactive question-and-answer segment.
The summit addresses timeless questions that resonate with seekers at every stage of their spiritual journey: What is prayer—a conversation, a creation, or a calling? Can prayer change G‑d’s plan? How can the words of the Siddur feel personal and alive?
“The Prayer Summit is more than a course; it’s an invitation to transform,” said Chana Weisberg, host of the Ordinary People Extraordinary Stories podcast, producer of the summit, and host of the Q&A sessions with each presenter. “Whether you’re new to Judaism or someone with a lifelong experience in prayer, this summit will meet you where you are and take you even higher.”
The five sessions feature a distinguished lineup of presenters:
– Rabbi Shmuel Kaplan – “Living on a Prayer”: The origins and essence of tefillah
– Rabbi Yossi Paltiel – “Pray Tell (Me a Secret)”: Unlocking the heart through Chassidism
– Mrs. Geulah Newman – “The Former and the Ladder”: Climbing the rungs between Heaven and earth
– Mrs. Chana Margulies – “Know One Home”: The Shema and the secret of Oneness
– Mr. Shmuel Goodman – “Making Prayer Personal”: A story of authentic prayer for one who does not know Hebrew
All sessions are available online through ChabadU, with options to join each night or watch later on demand. No prior knowledge of Chassidic teachings or Jewish study is required.
