Launched at the Kinus: Merkos Chinuch Office and Tzivos Hashem Join Forces to Bring the Twelve Pesukim to Life
A historic collaboration between the Merkos Chinuch Office and Tzivos Hashem was announced at the Thursday night session at the Kinus, setting the stage for a new era in Jewish education.
Marking fifty years since the Rebbe spearheaded Mivtzah Chinuch, these two mosdos are launching a global initiative to bring the Rebbe’s vision of Chinuch to life: in classrooms, homes, and communities around the world.
“The Kinus is a time to recommit ourselves to the Rebbe’s Mivtzoim,” said Rabbi Mendy Kotlarsky, director of the International Conference of Shluchim and General Chairman of Merkos’s Chinuch Office. “There’s no better moment to launch this next phase of Mivtzah Chinuch.”
Marking 50 years of Mivtzah Chinuch, this partnership seeks to make the Rebbe’s Chinuch language, illuminated by the 12 Pesukim, a living part of every child’s experience. This milestone year calls for renewed focus and action, empowering educators, parents, and children to explore, internalize, and live the Rebbe’s Chinuch vision every day.
At the heart of the initiative stands twelvepesukim.org, a state-of-the-art digital platform serving as the one-stop hub for everything related to the Twelve Pesukim and the Rebbe’s Chinuch vision.
The site features:
– Videos, classes, and professional training sessions for educators
– Songs and interactive materials for children
– Resources and creative tools for all Twelve Pesukim
– Notable video messages from leading educators such as Rabbi Shais Taub, Rabbi Yossi Paltiel, and more, with additional exclusive content on the way
– Access to the full Chinuch Office training series, produced in conjunction with Sichos in English, with the first of seven sessions already launched
“This partnership takes the Rebbe’s Chinuch vision to a whole new level, bringing it to life for children everywhere in ways that are engaging, interactive, and truly transformative,” said Rabbi Yerachmiel Benjaminson, Director of Tzivos Hashem.
Working closely on this effort, Rabbi Shimmy Weinbaum, along with Rabbi Chaim Piekarski, have been working to ensure that every Jewish child has the opportunity to learn, live, and love the Twelve Pesukim.
Together, Tzivos Hashem and the Merkos Chinuch Office are building a complete Chinuch ecosystem, Tzivos Hashem focusing on children and the Chinuch Office supporting educators, ensuring that the Rebbe’s Chinuch language is fully lived and experienced across every age and stage.
“For fifty years, the Rebbe’s Chinuch vision has shaped generations. Now, together with Tzivos Hashem, we’re building an infrastructure where both teachers and students can live and breathe that vision,” said Rabbi Zalmy Loewenthal, Director of the Merkos Chinuch Office.
This groundbreaking collaboration marks a transformative new chapter in Jewish education, blending creativity, technology, and timeless values to make the Rebbe’s Chinuch vision accessible everywhere. Stay tuned for upcoming trainings, exclusive content, and much more.
