Happening Tonight: Global Chinuch Event To Unite Women Educators

Tonight, Mechanchos around the world unite for a worldwide women’s Chinuch event, marking 50 years since the Rebbe launched Mivtzah Chinuch. Organized by the Chinuch Office, the event is a call to strengthen and elevate Jewish education with passion and purpose.

Taking place tonight, Tuesday, Chof Cheshvan (November 11) at the United Lubavitcher Yeshiva Hall, the event will also be livestreamed worldwide, allowing teachers and parents everywhere to take part in an evening marking this milestone.

The program will feature noted speakers and presentations exploring the heart and principles of Chabad Chinuch. Participants will examine the depth of the Rebbe’s Chinuch language as illuminated by these Pesukim, gaining a deeper appreciation for how they guide and shape our approach to education today.

Following the main session, participants will divide into targeted workshops introducing a new Chinuch initiative developed to strengthen classroom practice and deepen the educational experience.

Educators of preschool through 5th grade will join a parallel track for a hands-on workshop exploring creative, age-specific tools for early Jewish education. While Mechanchos of grades 6–12 will focus on strategies to make Chinuch meaningful and resonant for today’s teens.

Please note: The event will include Kol Isha musical presentations.
