
Chabad of SE Morris County Signs On New 35,000 Square Foot Property

Growth is always a Simcha, and Chabad of SE Morris County now has 35,000 square feet of Simcha to look forward to.
In a report from the Newmark Associates Commercial Real Estate group, they announced the sale of 215 Ridgewood Ave in Florham Park to Chabad of SE Morris County for a smooth $4.8 Million dollars.
Brokered by Susanne Newmark, president of Newmark Associates, the deal will give Chabad a new learning center and community hub, with Newmark quoted as saying “We are honored to have represented this sale, particularly one that will bring such meaningful educational and community resources to Florham Park and beyond.”
Chabad SE Morris County is run by Rabbi Shalom and Aharona Lubin who founded the Chabad Center in the Fall of 2002. Together, they have turned Chabad of SE Morris County into a flourishing community center hosting a wide array of Adult education classes, lectures, activities, life-cycle events and humanitarian programs and pastoral services for all ages.
In 2007, they founded the New Jersey Jewish Law Symposium, an annual event now attracting over 800 attorneys and judges that highlights the synthesis and integration of the Talmud, the Jewish Legal System, and U.S. Civil Law.
