BDE: Reb Shmuel Dovid Cohen, OBM

With great sadness we report the passing Reb Shmuel Dovid Cohen OBM, a Shliach of the Rebbe for many years in Chicago, IL. He passed away on Shabbos, the 20th of Elul (September 13th), in Los Angeles.

For over a decade, Shmuel Dovid OBM served as a Shliach of the Rebbe at Chabad of the Loop, Gold Coast, and Lincoln Park.
