As preparations for the upcoming International Kinus Hashluchim 5786 gets underway, the theme for this coming year’s Kinus has been announced; the unique role of a Shliach.

“The upcoming Kinus HaShluchim will highlight the shliach’s unique role and z’chus as the vital link and conduit binding the Rebbe with Klal Yisrael,” the Kinus Vaad wrote in an email to Shluchim. “Based on the Rebbe’s sicha (Simchas Torah 5746), our mandate is not merely to plan and execute tasks, but to bring the Rebbe’s presence, Torah, and guidance to our communities and, in turn, connect our communities back to the Rebbe.”

According to the Vaad, the Kinus will look to reflect on this “awesome responsibility, celebrate and rejoice in this unparalleled z’chus, and reaffirm our commitment and dedication in our shared pursuit of the world’s ultimate realization that indeed הנשיא הוא הכל.”

This theme follows well the focus of last year’s Kinus theme, the importance of the individual Mitzvah.

The Kinus will take place on the 21st – 26th of Cheshvan, 5786 – November 12th – 17th, 2025.
