It’s 50 feet wide, and 14 feet tall, and it’s a masterpiece of mural artwork.

World-renowned muralist Solomon Souza — known for his breathtaking works from Jerusalem’s Machane Yehuda market to London, Sydney, and beyond — came to Kansas for 12 days, working day and night to create a stunning 50-foot wide, 14-foot tall mural at the future home of Chabad of Kansas University.

“This masterpiece isn’t just about bold Jewish pride — it’s a vibrant celebration of our shared history, traditions, and values,” Chabad at KU wrote on Facebook. “Every brushstroke tells a story, honoring the strength of our heritage and the spirit of our community.”

The new mural will be officially unveiled at the new centers grand opening, taking place on Sunday, November 2nd, 2025.
