Female Founded CH Hosts Its Second Empowering Event — and Gears Up for the Next One on August 4th
Just a few weeks ago, Female Founded CH hosted its second sold-out event in Crown Heights. Bringing together a powerful network of Jewish women entrepreneurs, creatives, and professionals for an afternoon of inspiration, connection, and growth. Over 70 Jewish women attended the event, each one coming to network, learn, and support a community of like-minded founders.
Launched by Rosie Goodman, Chana Jacobson, and Devorah Benhiyoun, Female Founded CH is a community-powered platform created by women, for women. Designed to meet Jewish female founders and entrepreneurs where they are. Whether they’re just launching or scaling bold businesses, the platform offers curated events, panels, and brand activations that amplify women’s voices and provide real, actionable support.
The heart of the evening was consultation booths and vendors featuring expert women from a wide range of industries: finance, design, lifestyle, job placement, and more. Guests had the opportunity to meet and connect with an inspiring lineup of businesses including Friend Made, The Ring, Transcendent Active, Skin by Tzirel, Basically Modest, Golden Greta Girl Music, BhiredNYC, The Webscape, Forest Hills Financial Group, Euphoreea By Estee, In My Mother Aura, and Goldy’s Gifts. The space was thoughtfully curated to foster both learning and genuine networking.
The event closed with an intimate and honest panel conversation featuring Dina Stern of Dina Stern Wigs and Liza Hakakian of The Reflective. Titled “Beyond the Aesthetics,” the panel offered a raw and real look into what it takes to build and sustain a business—the struggles, the behind-the-scenes effort, and the personal motivation that fuels it all. Their stories were as relatable as they were inspiring, resonating deeply with the audience.
Female Founded CH is more than just networking events; it’s a movement to foster collaboration, mentorship, and empowerment within the Jewish female business-minded community.
