JLI: The Unlikely Journey of Two College Students to Judaism

When a student saw his peers putting on tefillin, singing Shabbat songs, and dancing with joy, he turned to the rabbi and asked: “What is this madness?” The rabbi smiled: “This isn’t madness—it’s the neshama waking up.”

Across college campuses, something unexpected is happening. In a world of confusion and identity crisis, Jewish students are rediscovering who they are—not through politics or pressure, but through something deeper: tradition, community, and soul.

This short presentation captures the quiet revolution unfolding on campus. It’s about the spark that won’t go out. The questions that lead to meaning. And the young Jews who are answering the call of their heritage—with pride, joy, and fire.
