Shluchim Unite to Support Crown Heights Hatzalah

From CKids and CTeen Shabbatons to the Chabad on Campus Pegisha, CYP, JLI weekends, and countless group visits to Crown Heights, thousands of Shluchim and their communities rely on one quiet but crucial force while in New York: Crown Heights Hatzalah.

Whether it’s a packed Shabbaton, a late-night arrival, or a quick family visit to Crown Heights, there’s one constant thing in the background— Hatzalah is on call, ready to respond. These selfless volunteers have always been there for the global Shlichus community, safeguarding the well-being of Shluchim, their families, and their mekuravim.

Beyond that, many Shluchim have parents and family living in Crown Heights — and there’s peace of mind knowing that Hatzalah is there for them too. With unmatched dedication and speed, they care for our loved ones as if they were their own.

“This week, during Hatzalah’s annual campaign, we have a real opportunity to give back,” wrote Rabbi Mendy Kotlarsky in a message encouraging fellow Shluchim to show their appreciation. “and show Hatzalah how much we appreciate their dedicated work.”

Shluchim are encouraged to join the “Shluchim Team” by donating at hatzalahthon.com/hatzalahch/merkoz-302 and be part of the collective thanks from the global Shlichus family.

It’s our turn to answer the call.

Donate now and show your Hakaras Hatov.
