TODAY: New Sefer Torah To Be Welcomed In Crown Heights

A new Sefer Torah will be welcomed in Crown Heights today at 12:00pm. The Siyum will begin at 1349 President Street, with the procession at 1:00pm marching to F.R.E.E. at 1383 President Street.
